How to book an airport transfer?

In the "From" field, select the city or enter the hotel address you need to be picked up from. The price does not depend on the pickup address as long as it falls within the selected point. In the "Where to" field, select the airport.

What is the correct address on the booking form?

Include the exact address of your destination or the name of your hotel. Important: the hotel address is usually indicated on your hotel voucher—the document confirming your reservation.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel by contacting support (info@avitovip.com or WhatsApp/Telegram — links in the page footer). If you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, a full refund is made to the original payment method within 5–30 business days (timing depends on your bank and payment processor). See the “Cancellation Policy” section of the Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to pay the driver extra for waiting?

At airports we wait without a time limit while you stay reachable on the contacts you gave; if we cannot reach you within 2 hours, the greeter may leave the meeting point. For hotel pickups, 30 minutes from the agreed time is included. We track flights when relevant. See the Terms of Service in the Terms and Conditions.

What should I do if there is a problem with payment?

Email info@avitovip.com with details — we will help promptly. Main payment rules are in the “Payment Terms” section of the Terms and Conditions.

What should I do if my flight arrives early?

Our representative will be at the meeting point on your voucher. Please stay reachable by phone or messenger: if we cannot reach you within 2 hours, the greeter may leave the meeting point. Full waiting rules are in the Terms of Service section of the Terms and Conditions.

Can I get a ride to the hotel?

Yes. Enter an address within the city you select when booking (for example, Istanbul or Antalya): choose the city and enter your hotel address in the order form.

Are you sure you will meet me?

Yes — follow the instructions on your voucher.

What language does the driver speak?

We try to match drivers who speak your language or at least English, but can't guarantee fluency in a specific language.

How do I change an order?

Contact support as soon as you can: info@avitovip.com or WhatsApp/Telegram (page footer). After your booking is confirmed we try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them; in practice, if you reach us at least 5 hours before pickup, changes are usually possible.
